The priority of our Digital Marketing Management (DMM) is to navigate the ever-evolving social landscape and ensure our client's best interests are properly represented. No other area of electronic and Internet-based marketing is undergoing change faster and more consistently than Digital Marketing.

is the promoting of brands using all forms of digital advertising channels to reach consumers. This now includes Television, Radio, Internet, Mobile, Social Media Marketing and any other form of digital media.

Our Approach To Digital Marketing Management

 We have developed a comprehensive 4 phase DMM strategy that covers ALL ASPECTS of DMM and can provide you with complete coverage for increasing exposure of your brand and maximizing sales. In addition to these benefits, we also provide you with a series of monthly reports to reveal baseline metrics of ROI relative to your DMM spend.

While this solution is all encompassing, you may already be addressing DMM within your current marketing strategy. In that case, we can work to identify any areas that may not be identified or could use augmentation. Our goal in phase 1 is to customize the DMM solution that best suits your specific needs. One size does NOT fit all.

Phase 1 - ANALYZE

The analysis phase of our DMM offering includes overall analysis of your digital properties and assessment of your future goals. Out of this phase will come a series of recommendations on next steps in accordance with your targets.

During this phase a series of analytical reports will be generated:

  • Website SEO Audit Report – A thorough analysis of your existing digital properties relative to SEO & SEM strategies
  • Keyphrase Research Report – Identification of the most beneficial keyphrases to target for this campaign
  • RankTracker Report – A current baseline measurement (and subsequent ongoing tracking) of your search engine rankings for targeted keyphrases
  • SpyGlass Report – Deep analysis of your digital properties when compared to those of your competitors. This will uncover otherwise unknown strategies to employ in order to outrank.
  • Google Analytics Report – A current baseline measurement (and subsequent ongoing tracking) of your digital property rankings within Google
  • Website Grade Report – A 0 – 100 grade of your digital properties and recommendations on areas for improvement

 

Phase 2 - PLAN

Each of the reports from the previous phase assists with the Planning phase. Here we match the goals of your digital marketing strategy to the metrics and effort of work identified in the analysis reports. The primary deliverable of this phase is the FINAL DMM PLAN for your company. Sections of this plan may include:

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Strategy
  • Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Backlink Strategy
  • Social Media Campaign Creation
  • Online Promotions to generate prospect buyer lists
  • Brand Awareness campaigns via social properties
  • Email Campaign Design and Creation


Phase 3 - EXECUTE

This part of the DMM process involves implementing the Plan as defined in the previous phase. Our staff members begin the implementation process by utilizing a refined set of tools that address:

  1. SEO enabling and optimizing select pages of the website
  2. Design and creation of campaign centric landing pages
  3. Backlink campaign creation and implementation (including directory submissions, article submissions, social bookmarking, search engine submissions, & more)
  4. Social media promotions in Facebook and Twitter
  5. PPC campaign implementation
  6. Brand awareness campaigns through social channels (Facebook postings, tweets, forum postings, etc.) 
  7. Development of ALL Digital and Social properties to be used during this campaign. This may include (but is not limited to) Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter Accounts, Flickr Accounts, YouTube Channels, Strategically branding campaign Landing Pages, Mini-Sites, etc.


Phase 4 - MEASURE


In the final phase, we provide a series of reports to measure the effectiveness of the DMM strategy and if the goals identified in the ANALYZE phase have indeed been met or are on track to meeting the desired results.

Not all goals will be met as true DMM is an ongoing series of trials and best efforts at achieving a desired result. In this case, we will identify adjustments and changes that need to be made in order to optimize each campaign and getting closer to the desired goals.

Reports in this phase

  1. Keyphrase Ranking Reports – Delivered monthly and showcase the rank increases for backlink campaigns for designated keyphrases
  2. Banklink Campaign Reports – Delivered periodically and reveal the various ongoing link campaigns and brand positioning throughout the Internet.
  3. PPC Positioning Reports – Delivered once a month and reveal progress of the PPC campaign and adjustments made during the month
  4. Email Campaign Delivery Reports – Delivered periodically and identify click-through rates, delivery percentage, open percentage, and campaign adjustments recommended.
  5. Social Media Reports – Including product/brand awareness, ongoing sentiment, customer loyalty, and ongoing social conversations with customers
  6. Social Media Promotions Reports – Conversions rates and sale statistics related to promotions and offerings in Facebook and Twitter. 
  7. Brand Awareness and Sentiment Reports – Focus on how your brand exposure is viewed among the social networks post our campaign implementations.
